Chronicles of Indocena

Selamat siang and welcome to the chronicles of my life in Indonesia. I imagine they won't be quite as fantastical as those of Narnia, but this being Jakarta, one never knows exactly what one will get. This digi-travel journal is for family and friends to share in the odd, interesting and sometimes repulsive snippets of my 14 month stint abroad. I'll spare you the sounds and smells (lucky you!), but offer some sights and thoughts so that you can live Indonesia vicariously through your computer (and so I don't have to repeat the same story to those of you on speed dial).
